All About Cheese

In its simplest form, cheese is a food made from the curds of milk. However, when you consider the myriad varieties, uses and dietary elements of cheese, things
get a bit more complex.

For starters, cheese can be made from cow, goat, sheep or even buffalo milk (plus there’s vegetarian cheese, made from vegetable oils instead of milk).
